AEN Talks: AEN Sales and Revenue Vertical: “Rise Series”

This zoom session, the first in a series hosted by the AEN Sales and Revenue Vertical to help Asians progress their careers and reach their full potential in the workplace, will help Asian professionals to better understand why Asians do not typically rise to the executive ranks of U.S. companies and why, as a demographic group, management progression for Asians tends to stall at the middle management level. After outlining the issue, a small panel of Asian executives will share some of the underlying causes of this problem and how it affects both young and experienced Asian professionals. Following the brief panel discussion, we will hold breakout groups so participants can discuss how to address this issue individually and collectively, as well as to meet other Asian executives and professionals. This session welcomes not only Asian Sales and Revenue professionals (including people in sales, sales support, business development, partnership, sponsorship, account executive, client services, and revenue operations roles), but also Asian professionals from other disciplines who have an interest in this topic.
