As we head into the holiday season, Ascend is offering this complimentary program to members and non-members.

In partnership with Women Business Collaborative, Ascend has recently published a report on Women CEOs in America, calling for the advancement of women leaders and greater diversity in the C-Suite. While women overall have made great strides in ascending the corporate ladder, women of color continue to struggle due to the double glass ceiling.

AEN Women is proud to present a Women of Ascend (WOA) panel that aims to spotlight Asian women leaders who have managed to reach tremendous success despite the disheartening statistics and challenges presented in the aforementioned report. In a one-hour virtual event, panelists will candidly share their personal stories, leadership philosophy, strategies for success, as well as struggles and inspirations along the way.

This event is set up to be celebratory and serves as a reminder of the strength, grace and resilience that the women of Ascend carry in both their professional and personal lives.

We hope the conversations will inspire and engage attendees of all genders to reach higher goals of supporting their women colleagues and to use some of the strategies they learn at this event to support their goals.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring their male colleagues to this event.
