Mental health has become a top concern since the beginning of the pandemic. According to a national survey, even as more Americans sought mental health services in the past year, only less than 10% of Asians did so. Join us for a conversation on how we as a community can lighten the load, increase our awareness of mental well-being, while continuing to embrace and celebrate our Asian heritage.
