The Ascend Leadership Development committee is excited to host an Asian American Women in Leadership event as a follow-on to our Asian American Leadership: An Exploration event back in February 2021 by bringing together three female leaders of Asian heritage in diverse industries for a live panel discussion. Our panelists will share personal triumphs, wisdom, and advice from a wide range of experiences. Come and listen in to their stories and learn how their cultural backgrounds have influenced their career paths. Hear about the journey they’ve traveled to their current roles, the challenges they’ve faced as Asian American women professionals and leaders, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
