Seasons Greetings! I hope each of you enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday weekend with family and friends and are ready for the festivities and celebration that December brings. The past few years have been filled with challenges, adversity, and introspection, our beliefs and character were continually tested yet our resilience and fortitude prevailed.

At Ascend and Ascend Foundation, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the workplace and community. The Ascend Foundation platform is one that stands for belonging, engagement, dialogue and action and we're encouraged by the tangible impact of our work. With your engagement and contributions, we continue to make strides and are optimistic that we will achieve the long-term, sustainable change that we all seek. We've highlighted some of our work in this newly released Ascend Impact Report here.
